Helping Nurses Create Change

In the year 2020, nurses needed more help than ever. With the pandemic amidst us all, the world cheered, cried out for, and thanked nurses for their hard work, their sacrifices, and compassionate hearts.

Though our hearts as nurses come from a place of wanting to assist those who truly need our help, we are constantly battling with:

ღ Sleep deprivation
ღ Energy depletion

ღ Unhealthy Stress
ღ PTSD
ღ Compassion Fatigue
ღ Burnout
... as so much more.

Jenn created ReYOUvenated Hearts in hope to encourage, inspire, and coach other nurses and nursing students. She wants to help open the eyes of those that work in this field and remind them that although, nurses work in a field that requires them to utilize their knowledge, skills, and hearts, this does not mean nurses have to sacrifice themselves to the point that is unhealthy and that could make life seem less meaningful. Jenn wants to remind all who enter this beautiful profession that ALL nurses matter and that they, too, need to make themselves a priority so that they can feel refueled and "ReYOUvenated" to do the job they love all while enjoying the life they live!

My Story

Jenn Helms

I was born and raised in the great state of Virginia, and I knew from the beginning I wanted to be a nurse. I had two years of experience as a registered nurse in the intensive care unit and then moved states due to husband's job. I had to conquer the feeling of being overwhelmed due to change, burn out, low self-esteem and compassion fatigue which ultimately led me to want to help other nurses do the same! So that inspired me to create:
